2. The Blueprint Guarantee

The "I Pay For Your Move" offer constitutes a value-added service provided as part of a formal Listing Representation Agreement. Specific coverage caps, approved service provider selections, and eligibility requirements are clearly outlined in individual client contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

All Rightsizing Blueprint materials, proprietary checklists, and digital content are the exclusive property of Sean Hartley. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these professional resources is strictly prohibited.

4. Agency Disclosure

Information on this website does not constitute a fiduciary relationship. Agency relationships are only established through written representation agreements as required by Call It Closed International Brokerage and provincial regulators.
